Up Next: Under 23 European Championships

With the World Championships in Brazil behind me, all eyes are now on the U23 European Championships in Cagliari, Italy. Having arrived from Switzerland yesterday, final preparations for the last marquee event of my 2025-2026 season are now underway here in Sardinia.

Fortunately, I was able to make good use of my competitive time off since returning from Rio. First, while enjoying some much needed recovery, then with a number of strong training sessions on the strip and in the gym. Now, the time has come to put on the finishing touches before things get serious with the start of the singles competition tomorrow, followed by the team event on Monday.
